Stevie's burn is just pink and white skin now. The red on his leg is where they took the donor skin for the graft. He finally took a bath right before this picture, so it doesn't hurt him at all now!

He KNOWS he's cute!

Rosie had to take a picture of her Princess swimsuit, (a used one from Ebay she got for her birthday from her cheapo mama!)

She can't WAIT for spring.

Grandma Mary wanted me to take pictures of my picture walls, so here they are:

Then this is part of my kitchen picture wall. We have done a wall like this in every one of our houses, and it always gives us something to talk about at dinner!

Stevie is almost better!

3 weeks since Stevie Bug's third degree burns and he is almost good as new! The people at Temple Children's are awesome, but I hope I never have to go there again.

His skin graft surgery for under his arm was 10 days ago. Now it is almost all pink skin with just a few scabs in the burn area. His thigh, in the donor area, is still pretty tender but that bandage just came off as well. We were SOOO LUCKY.

Now if we could just talk him into taking a bath...he is afraid it will hurt. He tells us "Dr. Hensel is my burn doctor," and we counter with, "He says you should take a bath." So far he's winning, but those feet are getting dirty as the weather warms up and he runs outside barefoot.



He loves the camera!
